Data collected
Checkout may collect name, email, phone, address, country, postal code, order items, payment method, tax/VAT number when provided and customer notes.
Purpose
Data is used to process orders, confirm stock/payment, prepare shipping, answer support requests, prevent fraud and keep order records.
Payments
Stripe payments are processed by Stripe when enabled. Manual methods such as MB WAY, PayPal or bank transfer are confirmed directly before fulfilment.
Retention
Order records are kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, support, security and legal obligations.
Rights
Customers may request access, correction or deletion where legally possible by contacting the booking/store email above.
Production note
This privacy shell is prepared for the ecommerce MVP. Replace with lawyer-reviewed Portuguese/English RGPD copy before large-scale public sales.
