Before payment

Manual order requests can be cancelled before payment confirmation. No manual payment should be sent before direct confirmation.

Before dispatch

Paid orders may be cancelled before dispatch where legally and operationally possible. Stripe refunds should be processed in Stripe and marked refunded in Control Room.

Damaged or wrong item

Send photos, order ID and contact details. Do not ship replacement items before stock, address and case review are confirmed.

Custom/limited items

Limited or personalized artifacts may require special handling. Final public policy should clarify exactly which items can be returned.
