1. Store operator
Crookverse Artifacts is the official John The Crook artist store experience. Store/contact email: johnthecrookbooking@gmail.com.
2. Orders
An order is created when the customer submits checkout. Manual orders are requests until John The Crook confirms stock, shipping details and payment instructions. Stripe orders must be confirmed by Stripe before fulfilment.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated. Products marked Preview or Locked cannot be purchased. Products marked Available may still require manual stock confirmation before dispatch.
4. Payment
Stripe can be enabled through production environment variables. MB WAY, PayPal and bank transfer are manual methods and require direct confirmation before payment or shipping.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs may be flat, Stripe-calculated or manually confirmed depending on configuration. Orders are not shipped until payment, address and stock are verified.
6. Customer data
Checkout data is used to process orders, contact the buyer, prepare fiscal/shipping records and handle support. Do not submit false or third-party data.
7. Legal review
This is a production launch shell for the ecommerce MVP. Replace with lawyer-reviewed Portuguese/English legal text before a full public launch at scale.
